Beef Briyani Rice (One Pot) 牛肉黄姜香饭(一锅煮)

Main Ingredients: 
1 kg Basmathi rice, soaked for 30 minutes
1 kg Beef, cut into approximately 3 cm pieces

Ingredients A:
4 tbsp Cooking oil
2 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
1 stick Cinnamon
3 Cardamom pods
3 Cloves
1 Onion, sliced
1 inch Ginger, sliced
90 g Briyani paste (Maggie brand, purple packaging)

Ingredients B:
1500 g Filtered water
1 Tomato, cut into 6 wedges
1 tbsp Condensed milk
1 stalk Fresh coriander leaves
Salt or seasoning, to taste

Cooking Steps:
1. Select “Cooker” mode, set temperature and time at 180°C; 25 minutes. Add all ingredients A into the inner pot and sauté for approx. 3 minutes until fragrant.

2. Add beef and adjust the temperature to 160°C, stir fry slightly then continue cooking for approx. 15 minutes with the glass lid covered.

3. Add all ingredients B and continue cooking. Once the liquid brings to a boil, add in soaked Basmathi rice.

4. Adjust the settings. Select “Rice” mode and start cooking with default settings.

5. When the screen displays “KEEP WARM”, the briyani rice is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.

Tips:
– If the preset cooking time (Cooker Mode) is insufficient, you can extend the time as needed.

1 粒 番茄;切成 6 块
1 汤匙 炼奶
1 棵 芫荽
适量 盐或调味料

做法
1. 选择“Cooker” 模式,设定温度和时间为180°C;25分钟。将所有材料A加入内锅中,爆香约3分钟直至散发香味。

2. 加入牛肉并调整温度至 160°C,稍微翻炒,然后盖上玻璃盖继续烹煮约 15 分钟。

3. 加入所有材料B继续烹煮;待煮滚后再加入浸泡好的米。

4. 调整设定。选择 “Rice” 模式,以预设设置开始烹煮。

5. 当屏幕显示“KEEP WARM”时,即可取出,趁热享用。

贴士:
– 过程中若预设的烹饪时间(Cooker Mode)不够,您可以根据需要延长时间。
