Dehydrated Lemon Slices 风干柠檬片

Main Ingredients:
2 lemons

Preparation:
1. Wash the lemons thoroughly. You may use a small amount of baking soda to gently scrub the peel to remove any wax, then pat dry.

2. Slice the lemons evenly into 2–3 mm thick slices and remove the seeds. Arrange the lemon slices on multi-function rack and steam rack.

Cooking Steps:
1. Insert both multi-function rack and steam rack into the inner pot. Select “Dehydrate” mode, set temperature and timeat 65°C; 4 hours, start dehydrating.

2. Remove the lemon slices and allow them to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.

Tips:
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.

做法:
1. 将多功能架和蒸架置入内锅中。选择“Dehydrate”模式,设定温度和时间为65°C4小时,开始风干。

2. 将柠檬片取出,待完全冷却后,放入密封罐保存。

– 建议使用烤锅作为内锅。
