Soda Cracker Fried Meatballs 苏打饼炸肉丸

Main Ingredients:
500 g Minced pork

Supporting Ingredients:
8 pieces Soda crackers
1 Egg
100 g Water chestnuts, finely diced
3 Shallots, finely chopped
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
70 g Spring onions, chopped

Seasoning Ingredients :
15 g Sesame oil
55 g Soy sauce
1 tsp Salt
White pepper powder, as needed
2 tbsp Potato starch

Cooking Steps:
1. Place the soda crackers into a food processor and grind into crumbs. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine minced pork with all supporting ingredients and seasonings.

3. Mix well with hands or chopsticks until the mixture becomes sticky.

4. Scoop the mixture into your palm, shape into a fist, and squeeze out meatballs of uniform size through the gap between thumb and index finger. Repeat until all mixture is used.

5. Pour oil into the inner pot. Select “Deep Fry” mode, set temperature and time at 160°C; 30 minutes, start heating the oil. (see tips)

6. Place half of the meatballs into the hot oil, fry for approx. 8 minutes until light golden. Remove and set aside.

7. Adjust the temperature to 180°C, heat for another 2 minutes, then return the meatballs into the hot oil. Fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil. Serve hot.

Tips:
– If desired, you may insert the frying basket to the inner pot before frying.
– If the preset frying time is insufficient, you can extend the time as needed. 
– Repeat the same steps for the remaining meatballs.

100克 马蹄;切细丁
3颗 小红葱,剁碎
3瓣 蒜瓣;剁碎
70克 青葱;切粒

调味材料:
15克 麻油
55克 酱油
1茶匙 食盐
适量 胡椒粉
2汤匙 马铃薯粉

做法:
1. 将苏打饼放入料理机搅碎,备用。

2. 将猪肉碎放入大碗中,加入所有辅助材料和调味材料。

3. 用手或筷子搅拌均匀,直到肉馅有黏性。

4. 将肉馅放入手掌心握住成拳头状,然后从虎口里挤出大小一致的肉丸。重复相同步骤直至完成所有肉馅。

5. 将油倒入内锅中,选择“Deep Fry”模式,设定温度和时间为160°C; 30分钟,开始热油。(参考贴士)

6. 将一半份量的肉丸放入热油中,油炸约8分钟浅金黄色,将肉丸捞起,备用。

7. 调整温度至180°C,继续热油2分钟后,再次将肉丸放入热油中,油炸30秒至1分钟,至表面金黄酥脆,取出沥油即可享用。

贴士:
– 若有需要,您可以选择将炸篮置入内锅中再进行油炸。
– 若油炸过程中所设定的时限不足够,可随时增加时间。
– 对剩余的肉丸重复相同的步骤。
