Broiled Cheese Prawns 芝士烤虾

Main Ingredients:
6 large prawns

Supporting Ingredients:
Mozzarella cheese, as needed
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation:
1. Clean the prawns, trim the antennae, and butterfly them by cutting along the back all the way to the tail. Remove the vein, set aside.

Cooking Steps:
1. Line the inner pot with parchment paper. Insert the multi-function rack (low rack), the arrange the reserved prawns evenly on the rack.

2. Place a pinch of mozzarella cheese on the back of each prawn, then sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

3. Select “Broil” mode, broil at 230°c for approx. 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, and the prawns turn red and are fully cooked.

4. Remove the prawns and serve hot.

Tips:
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.

适量 马苏里拉芝士
适量 盐
适量 黑胡椒粉

事前准备:
1. 将虾洗净,剪去虾须,沿背部剪开至尾部,去除虾线,备用。

做法:
1. 在内锅中铺上一张烘焙纸,置入多功能架(低架),再将备用的虾平铺在架子上。

2. 在每只虾的背部铺放一撮马苏里拉芝士,然后撒上适量的盐和黑胡椒粉调味。

3. 选择“Broil”模式,以230°c,焗烤约7分钟或直至芝士融化并微微上色而且虾身变红熟透。

4. 取出烤虾,趁热享用。

贴士:
– 建议使用烤锅作为内锅。
