
BBQ Squid with Tangy Garlic-Chili Sauce 酸辣蒜香烤鱿鱼
Main Ingredients:
1 kg squid
Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic, chopped
6 bird’s eye chilies (cili padi), chopped
4 limes, juice only
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 stalk coriander stem, finely sliced
Cooking Steps:
1. Select “BBQ” mode and remain the default settings at 220°C; 30 minutes, start preheating.
2. Once preheated, place the squid into the inner pot and start BBQ until cooked through (cooking time will vary depending on the size of the squid).
3. In a small bowl, mix all dipping sauce ingredients well, set aside.
4. Remove the BBQ squids and serve hot with reserved tangy garlic-chili sauce.
Tips:
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.
