Fried Chicken Chop 炸鸡扒

Main Ingredients: 
10 pieces of chicken fillets (boneless chicken thigh or leg)

Supporting Ingredients:
500g fried chicken flour (seasoned flour)
1kg cooking oil

Cooking Steps:
1. Pour the oil into the inner pot. Select “Deep Fry” mode, remain the default settings at 180°c; 30 minutes, start heating the oil. (see tips)

2. Coat the chicken fillets with fried chicken flour evenly and place them into the hot oil, fry for approx. 5 minutes, then flip and continue frying for another 5–10 minutes depending on the size of the chicken.

3. Once the surface is golden brown and crispy, remove the chicken and drain the excess oil. Serve hot.

Tips:
– If desired, you may insert the frying basket to the inner pot before frying.
– If the preset frying time is insufficient, you can extend the time as needed.
– Repeat the same steps for the remaining chicken fillets.

辅助材料:
500 克 炸鸡粉
1 公斤 食用油

做法:

2. 将裹好炸鸡粉的鸡扒放入热油中,油炸约 5 分钟,翻面再继续油炸约5-10分钟,视鸡扒大小而定。

3. 炸至表面金黄酥脆后,取出沥油即可享用。

贴士:
– 若有需要,您可以选择将炸篮置入内锅中再进行油炸。
– 过程中若预设的油炸时间不够,您可以根据需要延长时间。
– 对剩余的鸡扒重复相同的步骤。
