
BBQ Chicken Wingette 烧烤鸡翅
Main Ingredients:
10 chicken wingettes
2 tbsp honey (for glazing)
Marinade Ingredients:
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp black or white pepper
½ tsp salt
Preparation:
1. Rinse the chicken wingettes and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
2. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the wingettes and marinate for at least 15 minutes; or overnight in the fridge is recommended for better flavor.
Cooking Steps:
1. Select the “BBQ” mode, set the temperature and time at 205°C; 12 minutes, with the air fryer lid covered, start preheating.
2.Once preheated, place the marinated chicken wings into the inner pot and start BBQ until cooked.
3. Once cooking is complete, switch to “Broil” mode. Continue to broil at the default settings at 230°C for 4 minutes with the air fryer lid covered to brown the surface.
4.Remove the chicken wings and serve hot.
Tips:
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.

3. 烹煮完成后,转换成“Broil” 模式。盖上气炸锅盖,继续以预设设置的230°C焗烤4分钟;让表皮焗烤上色均匀。
4. 取出鸡翅,趁热享用。
