Banana Cake 香蕉蛋糕
Ingredients A:
400g ripe bananas (either Pisang Embun or Pisang Emas; weighed without peel)
120g light brown sugar
130g corn oil or melted butter
2 large eggs (Grade A)
¼ tsp salt
1½ tsp baking soda
Ingredients B:
260g cake flour (low-protein flour)
Tools:
8” x 8” square baking pan / 22cm round pan / 4 food-grade aluminum foil molds (No. 4571, size: 3” x 6”)

Cooking Steps:
1. Select “Oven” mode, set the temperature and time at 135°C; 40 minutes, start preheating.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add in all ingredients A and stir until well combined.
3. Add in ingredients B and gently mix with a hand whisk until the batter is smooth. Pour the batter into a baking pan.
4. Once preheated, place the baking pan into inner pot and start baking or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Remove the baking pan from the pot, immediately unmold the banana cake, and let it cool on a wire rack to room temperature before slicing and serving.
Tips:
– If using foil molds, divide the batter evenly among the 4 molds. 2 loaves can be baked at a time, bake for about 30–35 minutes per batch. After the first batch is done, then bake the remaining two loaves.
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.

400克 熟透的香蕉(清香蕉或金香蕉,去皮克重)
120克 浅红糖
130克 玉米油或融化牛油
2个 鸡蛋(A 蛋)
¼ 茶匙 盐
1½ 茶匙 小苏打
材料B:
260克 低筋蛋糕粉
工具:
8”x 8”方形烤盘 / 22公分圆形烤盘 / 4个食品级铝箔模具(编号:4571,尺寸:3”x6”)(参考贴士)
做法:
1. 选择“Oven” 模式,设定温度和时间为135°C; 40分钟,开始预热。
2. 准备一个搅拌碗,加入所有材料A,搅拌均匀至混合。
3. 加入材料B,用手动打蛋器轻轻拌匀,直到面糊顺滑。将面糊倒入烤盘中。
4. 将烤盘放入预热好的内锅中,开始烘烤或直到插入蛋糕中间的竹签取出时干净为止。
5. 从内锅取出烤盘,立即脱模,然后放在晾网上冷却至室温,即可切片享用。
贴士:
– 若使用铝箔模具,将面糊平均分配到4个铝箔模具中。一次可烘烤2份蛋糕,烘烤时间约30-35分钟。第一轮烤好后,再烘烤剩下的两份。
– 建议使用烤锅作为内锅。
