Fried Rice 炒饭
Main Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
30g cooking oil
Supporting Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 carrot, diced
2 stalks of green onions, chopped
Seasoning Ingredients:
salt, to taste
chicken stock powder, to taste
pepper, to taste
a small amount of light soy sauce
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs and set aside.
Cooking Steps:
1. Select “Cooker” mode, set temperature and time at 180°C; 15minutes. Pour 20g oil into the inner pot and start heating for approx. 1 minute. Add the reserved beaten eggs and stir-fry gently for approx. 2 minutes until the eggs form small pieces. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, pour 10g oil into it to reheat for approx. 1 minute. Add the diced carrots and stir-fry for approx. 2 minutes until slightly softened.
3. Add the cooked rice, then use a spatula to break apart the rice for even heating. Add all the seasoning ingredients in order and stir-fry evenly for approx. 4 – 5 minutes.
4. Return the scrambled eggs into the pot, then add green onions, stir-fry quickly for approx. 1 – 2 minutes until all the ingredients are well combined and fragrant.
5. Transfer the fried rice to a serving plate. Serve hot.
Tips:
– If the preset cooking time is insufficient, you can extend the time as needed.

事前准备:

2. 在同一个锅中,倒入10克油重新加热约1分钟。加入胡萝卜粒,翻炒约 2 分钟,直至稍微变软。
3. 加入已煮熟的米饭,用锅铲将米饭拨散,使其均匀受热。依次加入所有调味料,翻炒约4-5分钟。
4. 将已炒熟的鸡蛋放回内锅中,再加入青葱碎,快速翻炒约 1–2 分钟,直至所有材料充分混合并散发出香味。
5. 将炒饭盛出装盘,趁热享用。

– 过程中若预设的烹饪时间不够,您可以根据需要延长时间。
