Green Chili Stir-Fried Pork 农家青椒炒肉

Main Ingredients:
300 g pork belly, thinly sliced
200 g green chilies (spiral or screw-shaped variety), cut into pieces

Supporting Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic, sliced
10 g ginger, sliced
1 tbsp fermented black soybeans 
20 g cooking oil

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tbsp cooking wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt, to taste

Cooking Steps:
1. Select Cooker” mode, set the temperature and time at 180°C; 20minutes. Add the green chilies into the inner pot and dry-fry until slightly charred. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same pot, pout in 20g of oil and heat for approx. 1 minute. Add pork slices, garlic slices, ginger slices, and fermented soybeans, sauté for approx. 5 minutes until fragrant, rendering some fat and the pork changes color.
3. Add all the seasoning ingredients and continue to stir-fry for approx. 2 minutes, ensuring the pork is evenly coated and flavorful.
4. Finally, add the reserved green chilies into the pot and stir-fry quickly for approx. 2 minutes.
5. Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.

Tips:
– If the preset cooking time is insufficient, you can extend the time as needed.

4. 最后加入备用的青椒,快速翻炒2分钟即完成。

5. 将炒好的青椒肉片装盘,趁热享用。
