Grilled Steak 煎烤牛扒

Main Ingredients:
steak; at room temperature

Seasoning Ingredients:
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation:
1. Pat dry the steak with paper towels for a better sear.
2. Season the steak with salt and black pepper evenly.

Cooking Steps:
1. Attach the temperature probe and insert it into the center of the steak.

2. Select “Grill” mode and remain the default settings at HI; 10 minutes, start preheating.

3. Once preheated, place the steak with the probe into the inner pot. Tab the probe feature button, select “BEEF” mode and preferred doneness. Start grilling with the air fryer lid covered.

4. Follow the prompt to flip the steak.

5. Once done, remove the steak and let it rest for at least 1 minute before serving.

Tips:
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.

事前准备:

5. 煎烤完成后,将牛扒取出,静置至少 1 分钟,即可享用。

– 建议使用烤锅作为内锅。
