Steamed Pork Patty with Salted Fish 咸鱼蒸肉饼

Main Ingredients:
400 g pork belly (skin removed, finely minced)

Supporting Ingredients:
2 pieces Mui Heong salted fish (deboned, cut into small pieces)
30 g ginger (julienned)

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tbsp cooking wine
½ tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chicken stock powder
½ tsp sugar
A pinch of white pepper powder
½ tbsp potato starch

Garnishing Ingredients:
spring onions, chopped

Tools:
a 7-inch round steaming plate

Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced pork with all seasoning ingredients and mix well. Add in the salted fish pieces, stir thoroughly, and let marinate for approx. 10 minutes.

2. Spread the mixture evenly in a 7-inch steaming plate. Sprinkle with julienned ginger and set aside.

Cooking Steps:
1. Insert a steam rack and add 1 liter of water into the inner pot. Select Steam” mode, set the temperature and time at P3; 10 minutes, start preheating.

2. Once preheated, place the steaming plate onto the rack. Steam for approx. 7 minutes or until fully cooked.

3. Remove the steamed pork patty, garnish with chopped spring onions, and serve hot.

Tips:
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot

事前准备:
1. 在一个搅拌碗中,将肉馅和所有调味料充分混合均匀。加入咸鱼块,充分搅拌均匀,腌制约 10 分钟。

2. 将混合好的肉馅摊平在一个7寸直径的蒸盘中,撒上姜丝,备用。

做法:
1. 置入蒸架并加入1公升的水至内锅中。选择“Steam”模式,设定温度和时间为P3; 10分钟,开始预热。

2. 预热完成后,将蒸盘放在架子上,蒸煮约7分钟或直至熟透。

3. 取出蒸好的肉饼,撒上葱花,趁热享用。

贴士:
– 建议使用烤锅作为内锅。
