Tomato Scrambled Eggs 番茄炒蛋
Main Ingredients:
4 eggs
3 tomatoes
30g cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp tomato sauce
Preparation:
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges, set aside.
2. Beat the eggs and set aside.
Cooking Steps:
1. Select “Cooker” mode, set temperature and time at 180°C; 12minutes. Pour 20g oil into the inner pot and start heating for approx. 1 minute. Add the reserved beaten eggs and stir-fry quickly for approx. 2 minutes until soft and set. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, pour 10g oil into it to reheat for approx. 1 minute. Add the tomato wedges and stir-fry for approx. 4-5 minutes until juicy. Add all the seasoning ingredients and simmer briefly for approx. 1 minute with the glass lid covered.
3. Open the lid, return the scrambled eggs into the pot and stir-fry for approx. 1 minute to mix well with the sauce.
4. Transfer the tomato scrambled eggs to a serving plate. Serve hot.
Tips:
– If the preset cooking time is insufficient, you can extend the time as needed.
