Honey-Glazed Ribs 蜜汁排骨(一支骨)
Main Ingredients:
500g pork ribs, cut into pieces (about 5–6 cm)
90g water
1–2 tbsp maltose
Marinade Ingredients:
50g honey or brown sugar
10g garlic cloves (minced)
1½ tsp red fermented bean curd (nam yu)
2 tsp peanut butter
½ tbsp oyster sauce
1½ tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp rose wine or Shaoxing wine (optional)
1 tsp cornflour
Preparation:
1. Mix the ribs with all the marinade ingredients until well combined. Marinate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Cooking Steps:
1. Place the marinated ribs and 90g water into the inner pot.Select “Smart Cook” mode and set the temperature and time at P3; 20 minutes, start cooking with the glass lid covered.
2. Flip the ribs halfway through and stir well.
3. Once cooking is complete, it will automatically switch to “Broil” mode. Set the temperature and time at 230°C; 15 minutes, start broiling the surface with the air fryer lid covered.
4. After 5 minutes of broiling, open the lid and brush the ribs with maltose for a more even color, close the lid to continue broiling for approx. 5 minutes. Open the lid again, flip the ribs and brush the other side with maltose, then close the lid to continue broiling until the surface is golden and slightly crispy.
5. Remove the ribs and serve hot!

事前准备:

做法:
1. 将腌制好的排骨和 90克水一起放入内锅中。选择 “Smart Cook” 模式,设定温度和时间为P3;20分钟,盖上玻璃盖,开始烹煮。
2. 烹煮至一半时翻面,搅拌均匀。
3. 烹煮完成后,自动转换成“Broil” 模式。设定温度和时间为230°C; 15 分钟,盖上气炸炉盖,开始焗烤。
4. 焗烤5分钟后,打开盖子,在排骨上刷一层麦芽糖,使颜色更均匀。盖上盖子,继续焗烤约5分钟。再次打开盖子,翻面,在另一面刷一层麦芽糖,盖上盖子,继续焗烤至表面金黄酥脆。
5. 取出烤好的排骨,趁热享用!
