Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork) 叉烧

Main Ingredients:
1 kg pork belly, sliced into 3 cm thick pieces
1 bulb garlic, unpeeled

Marinade Ingredients:
150 g sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp cooking wine
4 tbsp Char Siu sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp five-spice powder

Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients until well combined.

2. Add the pork belly slices to the marinade and massage the meat thoroughly to ensure it is evenly coated.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Cooking Steps:
1. Place the marinated pork belly and the whole garlic bulb into the inner pot. Select “Smart Cook” mode and set the temperature and time at P3; 20 minutes, start cooking with the glass lid covered.

2. Flip the pork belly halfway through and stir well.

3. Once cooking is complete, it will automatically switch to “Broil” mode. Set the temperature and time at 230°C; 20minutes, start broiling the surface with the air fryer lid covered.

4. Flip the meat halfway through to ensure even browning.

5. Remove the broiled Char Siu from the pot, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.

主要材料:

做法:
1. 将腌制好的花肉 整颗蒜放入内锅中选择 Smart Cook 模式,设定温度和时间为P320分钟,盖上玻璃盖,开始烹煮。

2. 烹煮至一半时翻面,搅拌均匀。

3. 烹煮完成后,自动转换成“Broil 模式。设定温度和时间为230°C; 20 分钟,盖上气炸炉盖开始焗烤。

4. 焗烤至一半时翻面,让上色更均匀。

5. 取出烤好的叉烧,稍微放凉后切片享用。
