Grilled Chicken Breast 烤鸡胸肉 (4 servings 4人份) 

Main Ingredients:
4pcs chicken breast, room temperature

Seasoning Ingredients:
20g olive oil
sea salt, to taste
10g freshly ground black pepper
5g rosemary, chopped

Preparation:
1. Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels for a better sear.
2. Marinate the chicken breasts with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and chopped rosemary.

Cooking Steps:
1. Select “Grill” mode and set the temperature and time at MAX; 10 minutes, start preheating.

2. Once preheated, place the marinated chicken breasts into the inner pot and start grilling with the air fryer lid covered.

3. Follow the prompt to flip the chicken breasts.

4. Once done, remove the chicken breasts and serve warm.

Tips:
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.

调味料:
20 橄榄油
适量 海盐
10 黑胡椒
5 迷迭香,剁碎

事前准备:
1. 用纸巾将鸡胸肉拍干,以便更好地煎烤。
2. 鸡胸肉上涂抹橄榄油、海盐、黑胡椒和迷迭香腌制。

做法:
1. 选择”Grill”模式,设定温度和时间MAX; 10分钟,开始预热。

2. 预热完成后,将腌制好的鸡胸肉放入内锅。盖上气炸炉盖,开始煎烤。

3. 按照提示,将鸡胸肉翻面。

4. 煎烤完成后,将鸡胸肉取出,趁热享用。

– 建议使用烤锅作为内锅。
