Roast Potatoes 烤马铃薯

Main Ingredients:
1 kg Potatoes

Seasoning Ingredients:
Olive oil, as needed
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, as needed

Preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into evenly sized pieces for uniform cooking.
2. Place the potato chunks in a large bowl. Add in all seasoning ingredients, toss until all pieces are evenly coated.

Cooking Steps:
1. Select “AirCrisp” mode, set temperature and time at 205°C; 30 minutes, start preheating.

2. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the basket, avoiding overlap. Place the basket into the inner pot and start air frying. Gently flip it over halfway through to ensure even heating.

3. Roast until golden and crispy on the outside with a soft interior. Remove and serve hot.

Tips:
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.
