White Toast (1 Loaf, 450g) 白吐司 (1条450克)
Ingredients:
300g bread flour
30g sugar
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
180g water
30g butter, soften
Tools:
1 x loaf tin; plastic wrap; wire rack
Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add water and mix until no dry flour remains. Add softened butter and continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth, elastic and forms a thin membrane when stretched.
2. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it proof in a warm place for approx. 1 hour until doubled in size.
3. Remove the proofed dough and gently press to release air. Roll the dough into a rectangle, then roll it up from top to bottom, sealing the seam tightly.
4. Place the shaped dough into a loaf tin, cover with plastic wrap, and let it proof again for approx. 45 minutes until it fills about 80% of the tin. Cover with the loaf tin lid.
Cooking Steps:
1. Select “Oven” mode, set the temperature and time at 140°C; 40 minutes, start preheating.
2. Once preheated, place the loaf tin into inner pot and start baking.
3. Remove the loaf tin from the pot, immediately unmold the loaf, and let it cool on a wire rack to room temperature before slicing and serving.
Tips:
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.

30克 牛油,软化

1个吐司模具;保鲜膜;晾网
事前准备:
1. 将高筋面粉、糖、酵母和盐放入搅拌盆中混合均匀。加入水,搅拌至无干粉状态。加入软化牛油,继续揉至面团光滑有弹性,可以拉出薄膜。
2. 将面团放入抹油的盆中,盖上保鲜膜,放置在温暖处发酵约1小时至体积呈两倍大。
3. 将发酵好的面团取出,轻压排气。将面团擀成长方形,从上往下卷起,收口捏紧。
4. 将整形好的面团放入吐司模具中,盖上保鲜膜,再次发酵约45分钟至体积占模具八分满,盖上吐司模盖。
做法:
1. 选择“Oven” 模式,设定温度和时间为140°C; 40分钟,开始预热。
2. 将吐司模具放入预热好的内锅中,开始烘烤。
3. 从内锅取出吐司模具,立即脱模,然后放在晾网上冷却至室温,即可切片享用。
贴士:
– 建议使用烤锅作为内锅。
