Thai Basil Pork (Pad Krapow Moo) 泰式打抛肉

Main Ingredient:
500 g Minced pork

Supporting Ingredients:
50 g Shallots; finely chopped
20 g Garlic; finely chopped
3 Birds eye chilies; sliced (adjust to taste)
1 handful Thai basil leaves (about 30 g)
15 g Cooking oil

Seasoning Ingredients:
1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Water

Cooking Steps:
1. Select Cookermode, set temperature and time at 180°C; 15minutes. Pour oil into the inner pot and start heating for approx. 1 minute.

2. Add shallots, garlic, and birds eye chilies. Sauté for approx.23 minutes until fragrant.

3. Add minced pork, stir-fry for approx. 4–5 minutes until it changes color and the liquid evaporates.

4. Increase the temperature to 220°C, add all the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until well combined. Finally, add Thai basil leaves and stir-fry quickly for approx. 10 seconds.

5. Transfer the stir-fried basil pork to a serving plate and serve hot with steamed rice.

Tips:
If the preset cooking time is insufficient, you can extend the time as needed.

3 指天椒;切片(可依喜好增减)
1 九层塔叶(约30克)
15 食油

调味料
1.5 汤匙 酱油
1 汤匙 黑酱油
1 汤匙 鱼露
1 汤匙 蚝油
1茶匙
2汤匙 清水

做法:
1. 选择“Cooker模式,设定温度和时间为180°C; 15分钟。将油倒入内锅中,开始加热约1分钟

2. 加入小红葱、蒜米和指天椒,爆香约 2-3 分钟直至散发香味。

3. 加入肉碎,翻炒4-5分钟直至肉碎变色,水分炒干

4. 调高温度至220°C,加入所有调味料继续翻炒均匀最后放入九层塔叶,快速翻炒约10秒即可。

5. 将打抛肉碎盛出装盘,搭配米饭趁热享用

过程中若预设的烹饪时间不够,您可以根据需要延长时间。
