Pizza 披萨 (3 portions / 3 个份量)
Dough Ingredients:
300g bread flour/pizza flour
180g water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
Sauce & Toppings Ingredient:
Tomato sauce, as needed
Mozzarella cheese, as needed
Preparation:
1. Mix the bread flour, salt, and yeast evenly. Add water and stir to form a dough.
2. Divide the dough into three equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball.
3. Allow the dough to ferment at room temperature for at least 3 hours, or refrigerate for 18–30 hours for a better texture.
Cooking Steps:
1. Select “Pizza” mode, remain the default settings at 220°c; 6 minutes, start preheating.
2. Shape the fermented dough into pizza shape and spread tomato sauce evenly on top. Once preheated, place the dough into the inner pot to bake.
3. During the last 3 minutes of baking, open the lid and sprinkle cheese on top and continue baking until the cheese melts and turns slightly golden (see tips). Serve hot.
Tips:
– Add cheese during the final 3 minutes as pure cheese tends to brown quickly.
– For thicker dough, add an extra 2–3 minutes to ensure it is fully cooked.
– Repeat the same steps for remaining dough.
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.
面团材料:
300克 面包粉 / 披萨粉
180克 水
1茶匙 盐
1茶匙 速发酵母
酱料和配料:
适量 番茄酱
适量 马苏里拉芝士
事前准备:
1. 将面包粉、盐和酵母混合均匀后,加入水搅拌成面团。
2. 将面团分成三等份,再分别揉成圆球状。
3. 将面团置于常温发酵至少3小时;或放入冰箱18-30小时冷藏发酵以达到更佳的口感。
做法:
1. 选择“Pizza” 模式,保留预设设置为220°c; 6分钟,开始预热。
2. 将发酵好的面团整形成披萨型,于表面均匀涂上番茄酱。预热完成后,将面团放入内锅中烘烤。
3. 在烘烤过程最后的3分钟,打开锅盖,撒上芝士,再继续烘烤至芝士融化并稍微焦黄(参考贴士)。趁热享用。
贴士:
– 最后3分钟才撒上芝士,因为所使用的纯芝士容易快速焦黄。
– 针对较厚的面团,可视情况增加2-3分钟的烘烤时间,以确保面团完全熟透。
– 对剩余的面团重复相同的步骤。
– 建议使用烤锅作为内锅。
