Dehydrated Dragon Fruit 火龙果干 (2servings 2人份)

Main Ingredients:
2 dragon fruits

 Preparation:
1. Slice the dragon fruits into 2–3 mm thick slices and arrangethe dragon fruit slices on multi-function rack and steam rack.

Cooking Steps:
1. Insert both multi-function rack and steam rack into the inner pot. Select “Dehydrate” mode, set temperature and time at 70°C; 6 hours, start dehydrating with the air fryer lid covered.

2. Remove the dehydrated dragon fruit slices and allow them to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.

Tips:
– Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.

事前准备:
1. 将火龙果切 2–3 毫米厚的均匀薄片,然后把火龙果片排放在多功能架和蒸架上。

做法:
1. 将多功能架和蒸架置入内锅中。选择“Dehydrate”模式,设定温度和时间为70°C6小时,盖上气炸炉盖开始风干。

2. 将火龙果干取出,待完全冷却后,放入密封罐保存。

贴士:
– 建议使用烤锅作为内锅。
