Roast Sweet Potatoes 香烤番薯

Main Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes, as needed

Cooking Steps:
1. Select Oven” mode, set the temperature and time at 180°C; 20 minutes, start preheating.

2. Once preheated, place the cleaned sweet potatoes into the inner pot, start baking.

3. Remove the sweet potatoes and soak them in cold water for 30 seconds (see tips).

4. Select “Oven” mode again, set the temperature and time at 200°C;15 minutes. Skip the preheating process, drain the sweet potatoesand return them to the inner pot, start baking.

5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips:
Soaking the half-way baked sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 seconds helps loosen the skin and enhances the texture.
Recommended to use grill pot as the inner pot.

4. 再次选择“Oven” 模式,设定温度和时间为200°C; 15分钟。跳过预热的步骤,将泡水的番薯沥干后,再次放入锅中,开始烘烤。

贴士:
将烤至半熟的番薯放入冷水中浸泡30秒,有助于表皮更易脱落,并提升口感
– 建议使用烤锅作为内锅。
